In addition to our high quality rental items, we offer various services to help make your event run as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
Consultation: We’ll discuss your rental needs, the options we can offer, your event space, your vision for the event, number of attendees, etc. We’ll answer any of your questions. We’ll give you a quote. And if we can’t provide what you’re looking for, we’ll give you a referral.
Site Survey: We’ll come to your event location, scope it out, and assess how we can best match your rental needs with your space.
CAD Drawings: We’ll draft a blueprint for the layout of your event, similar to this CAD example pdf.
Pre-wash Dishes and Linens: Dinnerware and linens will always arrive in a clean, sanitized, tabletop-ready condition.
Hang Sidewalls and Put Up Lighting: If you rent sidewalls and/or lighting with us we will deliver them, set them up, and take them down.
Other Services We Offer:
Delivery, Set-up, and Take-down: Delivery is a flat fee based on millage. Prices for bigger tents almost always includes installation, as set-up can be a little tricky and hazardous if not done correctly. Some of the smaller tents you’re welcome to pick up and install yourself or have us deliver and set up for a fee. We will also deliver, set up, and take down staging, tables, chairs, and linens for a fee.
Supervision: There must be a supervisor chaperoning inflatable games, bounce houses, and other party games at all times. Leave us in charge of this so you can join in all the fun!
Wash Dishes Post-event: No need to deal with the messy clean-up after your event; we can take care of that for you!
Empty Garbages and Recycling: If you rent these items with us we can take care of emptying them for you.
