  • What size tent do I need?

Call our office today to discuss your guest count and see if we can fit your needs. From there, we can provide you with a personalized quote.

  • Can I pick up a tent myself?

At Doucette's Special Events, Party & Tent Rental, we offer customer-setup pole tents in 20’x20’, 20’x30’, and 20’x40’. These tents require full staking around the perimeter, meaning a grassy area is best for these tents.

  • Can my tent be set up on a blacktop?

Yes! We can weigh down a frame tent for set up on blacktop or concrete. Doucette's Special Events, Party & Tent Rental will handle all frame tent deliveries and setups, as this item is not available for customer pickup.

  • What if I need to pick up or return my rental items over the weekend?

If you need to pick up or return your rental items over the weekend, we can schedule an appointment to meet you. Simply let us know a timeframe that works best for you.

  • When will Doucette's Special Events, Party & Tent Rental deliver and pick up my rental items?

Depending on the venue, our standard deliveries are from Friday to Monday. This may change depending on our schedule, but we do our best to accommodate requests!

  • How many people can comfortably sit at an eight-foot banquet table?

You can have eight people sit comfortably with four people on each side of an eight-foot banquet table.

If you need to cancel your event, please call our office to discuss our cancellation policy. We do our best to make sure we provide you with a fair refund.

If you're not sure what you'll need for an upcoming event, contact our expert team to schedule an in-person or over-the-phone consultation. We can help ensure you have everything you need for a successful event.

  • What if I'm not sure the tent will fit in my yard?

Our expert team can put your mind at ease with a site visie to ensure the rental items will fit properly in your event space.

  • What if my guest count changes after placing the deposit?

We can make small changes and adjustments to your order until seven days before your event.

  • Will a bounce house fit in my car?

A bounce house will not fit in your car. A truck bed is the best option for picking up any of our inflatable games. One of our crew members will help you load and unload at our office.

  • What’s the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

While pole tents have center poles and need to have all four sides anchored to the ground, frame tents are more of a physical structure secured by either weights or stakes.

  • How many people can fit at a table?

Eight-foot banquet tables and five-foot round tables seat eight people. Six-foot banquet tables and four-foot round tables seat six people.

  • Why does Doucette's Special Events, Party & Tent Rental submit a utility for my event?

We set a utility for everyone's benefit. We want to make sure our crew is safe while securing your tent or inflatable to the ground, and we also don't want to damage any underground pipes or lines.
